Challenge

F-Secure needed a tool for their marketing automation system to manage telemarketing campaigns and translations of forms in different countries. They wanted features for saving leads to be contacted later, for sending material in messages and for directing leads to sales. They needed everything to work on their marketing automation system without a separate database.

Solution

We built a database structure which is used for data lookups from marketing automation system. You can add users, campaigns and calling lists to the user interface. Everything can be connected to a translation or, more specifically, to an individual telemarketing campaign.

Results

The client now has a centralized telemarketing tool in their marketing automation system that they can use to manage calling lists and the content that is sent to contacts.
